Our purpose-built Foley facilities cover 700 square metres.
The House
1000 sqm /10760 sqft playground
Franzi with her partner Matti built the perfect space, free of compromise, and so the Foley Farmers were born.
Of the 1000 sqm / 10760 sqft building, 700 sqm / 7530 sqft have been dedicated to the creation of a purpose built and all encompassing Foley facility.
Foley Stage I
120 sqm / 1290 sqft
Big Prop Stage
Foley stage I has 120 sqm/1290sqft and a 5 metre high ceiling. Through the beam structure, we can connect several microphones to record perspectives.
With the curtains we can create flexible acoustic spaces. Stage I has a fully functional bath tub, shower, toilet, sink and a kitchen, so there is really no reason to ever leave the studio! And having a car in the room is just amazing.
Foley Stage II
100 sqm / 1076 sqft
Smash Stage
This is our smash studio dedicated to big props and messy recordings. We keep it tidy and spacious in between the session so we can use all the space for the sound we want to create. It has various acoustic options through the curtain design.
We can achieve a very dry neutral outside situation in this studio as well as a little lively sound for inside recordings. We think all variations sound fantastic.
Foley Stage III
50 sqm / 537 sqft
Small Prop Stage
Our studio 3 is specially designed for perfect small prop recordings and moves. It is super quiet and the acoustic fits low level recordings that are created by small items.
The FF Water Stage
100 sqm / 1070 sqft
Water ADR & Foley recording stage
The heated pool is 4x8 metres and 3 metres deep. The stage is acoustically treated so we can create dry recordings for scenes set in open water. The edges of the pool are curved and the sides sloped to avoid slap back sounds if they don't suit the picture. So we can fill the water over the edge for natural sounding open water recordings.
Sound Editing Suites
40 sqm / 430 sqft work spaces
Foley editing and sound design suites with 5.1 monitoring and natural light.
Prop Storage
140 sqm / 1500 sqft
All studios have easy access to a 50 metres long shelving unit, well organised and filled with everything from vintage and handmade antiques to modern appliances and technology.
Living Room
200 sqm / 2150sqft
Open kitchen and living space
There is lots of daylight, a cinema seating up to 12 people and an enclosed outside area for activities and meals together.
Garden
.. with a natural pond and lots of wild life
Walking through the forest, Ice skating in winter or a boat ride in summer, our garden with the pond is a great space for additional recordings.
Atrium

Beautiful view and fresh air, best place for a BBQ with everyone.
